Frequently Asked Questions
Is 80W enough for daily use, or is it underpowered?
For most pod-mod-style vaping with the included GTi coils (rated 50-75W), 80W headroom is plenty — this isn't built for sub-ohm cloud-chasing at higher wattages.
Which of the two included coils should I use first?
The 0.4Ω coil is the gentler, more efficient option to start with; move to 0.2Ω if you want a more open draw and bigger vapor.
How is this different from the Armour S 100W?
Both are single-18650 AXON mods with the same GTi coil family; the Armour S goes up to 100W and has a more rugged silicone-coated body, while the GEN 80S is the more compact, lower-power option.

Dubai & Sharjah
- We currently only deliver within the UAE — no international shipping just yet.
- Pay however's easiest — cash, or card on delivery.
- Free delivery on orders over 350 AED. For anything below that, there's a small 30 AED delivery fee.
- Heads up: we need a minimum order of 100 AED to process your request.
- Place your order before 9:30 PM and we'll get it to you today — anything after that goes out the next day.
- Delivery hours run from 9:30 AM to 11:50 PM, every day of the week.
- We deliver 7 days a week, and most orders arrive within 1–2 hours the same day!
Outside Dubai & Sharjah
- Only Cash on Delivery for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Ajman
- Orders over 350 AED get free delivery; under that, it's a 30 AED delivery charge.
- Minimum order here is 100 AED.
- Saturday orders placed after 1 PM will head out on Monday.
- Order before 1 PM and it'll go out the same day — after 1 PM, it ships the next day.
- We deliver 6 days a week due to the cargo off day.

- We'll reach out to confirm the exact pickup spot once your order's ready.
- We accept cash, or card for pickup orders too.
- Local pickup is available all 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
