This page explains what we do with your personal information when you buy from us or browse our site. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

We are responsible for the information described on this page. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 — that makes us the data controller.
You need to be 18
We sell nicotine products, and UAE law prohibits selling them to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age.
When you first visit the site you are asked to confirm you are 18 or older. That confirmation is stored in your own browser so we do not have to ask again — it never reaches us, and it is not linked to you.
If you believe someone under 18 has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
What we collect
To send you an order, we need your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We keep a record of what you ordered and when. Our delivery staff see your name, address and phone number — nothing else.
We do not take payment on this website. There is no card form here, and we never ask you to type a card number online. You pay when your order reaches you — cash, card on our driver's card machine, or a bank transfer made while the driver waits.
That means we never see, handle or store your card details. When you pay by card at the door, the card data goes from the machine straight to our bank; it does not pass through this website or our systems at any point. If you pay by bank transfer, we see the payment reference and the name on the account, because that is how we match the transfer to your order.
If you create an account, we store your email address, an encrypted version of your password, and any addresses, wishlist items or reviews you save.
When you browse, our systems record the ordinary technical information every website receives: your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, which pages you looked at, and which site sent you to us. We use Google Analytics to see this in aggregate.
When you message us, we keep the conversation and your contact details, so we can pick up where we left off if you write again.
Why we need it, and what allows us to use it
Most of it is simply the information required to complete a sale: we cannot deliver an order without an address, or resolve a problem without a way to reach you. That is the performance of our contract with you.
Confirming your age and keeping tax and accounting records are legal obligations we have to meet.
Checking that an order is genuine before we send a driver out protects both of us against fraud.
Understanding how the site is used — which pages help, which confuse — relies on cookies, and we use them only where you allow it.
We will only send you offers or news if you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it so that anyone else can advertise to you.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to:
- Our delivery staff and courier partners, who get your name, address and phone number so they can find you.
- Our bank, which operates the card machine our drivers carry and receives card data directly from it.
- Our hosting, security and analytics providers, who handle data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Government authorities, where the law requires us to disclose something — a tax, customs or regulatory request, for example.
Some of these providers run servers outside the UAE, and our security and content-delivery provider operates in many countries by design. Where your information travels abroad, we take steps to ensure it stays protected to the standard the UAE law requires.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires us to keep them. That is not a choice we can make.
Your account stays with us until you ask us to close it. Support conversations are kept while your query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to it. Analytics data expires automatically on the schedule set in Google Analytics.
Cookies
Some cookies are unavoidable. Your shopping cart, your login, and the security check that stops other sites submitting forms on your behalf all depend on them. Turn these off and the site stops working — the cart will empty and checkout will fail.
Others are optional. Google Analytics tells us which pages are read and where visitors give up, which is how we decide what to fix. Your age confirmation is stored the same way, so you are not asked on every page.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
What you can ask us to do
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives you real control over your information. You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
- stop or limit a particular use of it
- object to a use that relies on our legitimate interests
- hand your data over in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw a consent you gave us earlier
Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. You do not have to give a reason. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can take the matter to the UAE Data Office.
Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. Because we take no payment online, there is no card data on our servers to protect in the first place. Access to order information is limited to the staff who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise. If something goes wrong in a way that puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and notify the relevant authority.
Changes to this page
We will update this page when the way we work changes, and we will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will say so rather than quietly editing it.
